Our Community Mission Statement

Hawthorne Village is a community of homeowners who strive to live together in harmony so that homeowners can enjoy privacy, comfort, safety and beauty while maintaining their investment through quality maintenance and management.



Hawthorne Village Homeowners' Association, a self-managed community, is located in Bloomington, Illinois in McLean County.  It is a community of 46 attached homes on the east side of Bloomington off of Airport Road. 

The homes in the village are "Zero Lot Line attached” which means and refers to a form of construction and ownership in which one Unit on a Lot is attached to one or more other Units on separate Lots by one or more common walls.  Each homeowner owns their part of the building, including the exterior.  Each homeowner also owns the Lot on which their Unit sits.
